Eldest of four children; at an early age Ronald had to take on a leadership role in regards to showing his younger siblings the right path. Ronald attended John Marshall High on Cleveland’s Westside where he was enrolled in the Classical Academy program and excelled in athletics. Ronald graduated in May of 2001 from John Marshall and went on to The University of Toledo to pursue his post secondary education. While at the University of Toledo Ronald majored in Recreation & Leisure Studies, in May of 2005 Ronald earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Recreation & Leisure Studies. In the summer of 2005 Ronald obtained an internship with the Boys and Girls Club of Cleveland as an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Operations. Ronald showed such passion and drive for his work he was offered a full time position with the Boys and Girls club. While at the Boys and Girls Club of Cleveland Ronald took on various tasks and developed organizational, leadership and communication skills. In the summer of 2006 Ronald left the BGCC for a position that enabled him to further his education and to allow for more professional growth. Ronald accepted a position as the Program Coordinator for Bridgeway Inc. Images program. Ronald is currently in the last stages of his Master’s program in Sports Management at Cleveland State University. |
