Six Duece Enterprises is born!!! This is where it all stared in the now legendary Apt# 62 | . The First Annual Madden Tournament was the first official project produced by Six Duece. The tournament was invite only and was played in the now legendary college apartment. The tournament was a great success with people calling in trying to be a part of history and make their claim as the best Madden player on campus. The day was filled with upsets and surprises including Jerry Billups losing in the second round to Mario Jackson. The day ended with Andre Russell beating Lakeima Roberts in a hard fought championship battle. The biggest story however wasn’t the Madden Tournament itself, the story was quality of the tournament and the fact that it was well organized. Some people complained about their rankings but I guess you can’t please everyone. This tournament was big because it brought the realization that a group of young African American males can come together and do something without any negativity. This tournament also spawned a way of life that would be envy by most but rivaled by few. It’s Six Duece Baby!!! |
